RESERVATIONS/DEPOSIT
To confirm your reservations, a deposit equal to a minimum of one night stay is required. Please note the cancellation policy before committing to a reservation.
Rates may change without notice or for specials festivals or holidays except for previous confirmed reservations.

BOOKING ONLINE WITH CREDIT CARD
Guests are required to present the credit card used to purchase their online booking along with government identification upon check-in at the hotel.

NON REGISTERED GUESTS
Access to the internal areas of the hotel-such as guests rooms and pool is an exclusive privilege of registered guest only. Visitors are NOT allowed to use guests amenities including the shower.

Guests are welcomed in our Entertainment lounge/bar and loggia areas.

Registered guests are prohibited from allowing non-registered guests from staying in their rooms beyond 11pm.

Hotel room rates are based on double occupancy only. Additional charges may apply for more than 2 persons per room.  Maximum number of guests allowed in a room are four (4) persons due to fire safety regulations.  If you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed, you would be asked to rent another guest room for proper accommodations or vacate the hotel.

REFUND/CANCELLATION
You are allowed to cancel your reservations without penalty at any time prior to 72 hours.  Group bookings however, of 5 or more rooms require a 60 day cancellation notice for a refund.

Refund payments will be made by cash or credit card depending on how the first payment was received. Any cancellation/no-show 72 hours from the expected arrival date will be charged 100% of the reservation plus taxex and fees and no refund will be rewarded.

NO SHOW POLICY
If a guest fails to show up on the arrived date of their bookings they will forfeit all of the deposit and no refund will be rewarded as the 72 hour threshold would have been breached.

DELAY OF ARRIVAL
Failure to arrive at the hotel on the expected date of the reservations will be viewed as a late cancellation and will incur a penalty fee of one night for each day they are late from their original bookings.

SHORTEN STAY/ CHECK OUT EARLY
If for some reason or emergency, a guest has to leave early or shorten his/her stay, the hotel will impose a penalty as this will be considered as cancellation without the required advance notice. The guest is then required to pay all of the remaining nights at checkout as was reserved originally and according to the price at the time of the bookings.

OCCUPANCY
Normal occupancy is 1-2 persons per room.  Additional persons (if room permits) is an additional fee.

CHILDREN AND INFANTS
Any child 12 years and older will be considered as an adult. Infants and children under 12 will be able to stay free of charge with parents using existing beds.  Any extra beds or rollaway beds will be an additional charge (see accommodations).

NON SMOKING POLICY
Please be aware that all bedrooms at Ocean West Boutique Hotel are non smoking. The hotel respectfully request that hotel guests do not smoke in the rooms and instead use the dedicated outdoor smoking area.

Guests found to be smoking or having smoked in our non-smoking rooms will be subject to a find of $100 USD

DAMAGES
The guest shall be responsible for the replacement of any items damaged through misuse or other act of abuse. This shall apply whether the damage is deliberate or accidental.

PAYMENT SECURITY
It is important for you to know that whenever you provide us with personal details or credit cards information, it is secure. Your credit card number, name, address and telephone numbers are protected by the latest security technology.
